Join me as I start my journey of learning Social Media Strategies while focusing on sustainable-modeled Nonprofit Organizations.
Before I begin, I've got some questions...
How can a sustainability-driven organization benefit from Social Media Marketing? Aside from the obvious.
Does a Nonprofit Organization have different rules to follow when using social media?
Does social media content always have to sound professional, or can it have personality?
Will I be qualified to be a Social Media Coordinator/Marketer for a Nonprofit after completion of this class and required certifications?
What steps would make me more marketable to nonprofit organizations after completion of this course?
Do I need to create a separate, professional Instagram account?
Should I get a phone with better photography capabilities if I want to pursue social media marketing, or are apps enough for editing?
My intentions for this course are:
To become proficient in the use of various social media.
To find my voice as a writer.
To learn to lend my voice to advertise various projects that I find meaningful.
I’m interested in minimalism, and screen-free days. My goal is to become a proficient social media user while maintaining a balanced and responsible use of social media.
To create, rather than to simply share, meaningful and relevant content based on my area of interest.
